Booked Cabin - December 6th - 12th: Tips, Must See/do?

Just booked a cabin for myself (32), my dad (67), my mom (62), my nephew (6), and my nephew (4)

Dates: December 6th - December 12th

We've been to Disney and stayed onsite on numerous occasions but have never stayed at Fort Wilderness. Are there any tips or must-see/do that you would recommend at Fort Wilderness?
