Booked a trip today for next month...really excited!

I haven't finished my trip report from January and I'm already going back!!!

I decided TODAY that I wanted my boys to experience Star Wars weekend so I bought airline tix & booked an AP room at the AKL!!!!! When I started researching what's going on next month, I realized that it's also Flower & Garden Festival time! We're probably just going to do MGM for Star Wars and Epcot for the festival. We'll only be there 4 days...our shortest trip to date.

After the trip we had last time, DH won't go back. I bought an AP so I intend to use it!! YAY for MAY!!!!

Have you done the activities at Star Wars weekend? Any tips? My boys are Star Wars FREAKS. I can't wait to see their excited faces!!!

I love last minute trips. I think it's because I'm pretty impatient about waiting for things to get here. So the shorter the notice the better.

Sounds like us except I booked on Tuesday. There in January, got new aps and booked AKL. We are taking our 2 daughters though who are also star wars fans but they are probably a bit older 18 and 22. They haven't been in 2 years and are very excited. Couldn't resist and with the tax refund.......

I got inspired after reading your post stating that AP discounts were still available at AKL for next month. Previously, I had booked POFQ and assumed the all the AP discounted rooms were already gone. Changed my reservation to AKL with a savannah room! I cannot wait!
