Booked a bounce back, now home can I change resorts and still get the discount?

Yes, you can change as long as there's a room available that is designated for the bounceback for whatever resort you want. I'm on a bounceback, and I've swtiched resorts, ...um, 3 times so far. I'm usually not this undecisive--I finally gave up and did a split reservation, half at YC, and half at GF all on the bounceback.
