Booked 2BR lockoff BCV! question about pullout

Anyone who has stayed in a 2BR lockoff, are the pullout couches comfortable and new (I think it was recently refurbished that is why I am saying this)? I didn't even consider a dedicated since on point calculator it does not show "lockoff" or "dedicated" so I figured it was all the same at BCV. I don't want my family to be uncomfortable on the pullout. What do you all think?

Depends on a lot of factors. Comfort to me may be agnonizing to you. Teenagers, younger kids can sleep on anything anywhere.

Its been a few years (2005), when I stayed in a 2 BR villa at BCV. I found the pullout bed not only uncomfortable (extremely thin mattress) but cramped space wise. With the sofa pulled out, there was very little space around the bed.

The pullout was better at OKW and had much more room since the living room/den is a much larger room.
