Booked 2 rooms...only one conf. # goes thru on Disney

Call disney and verify the phone number on that reservation. i made a room only 1 night followed by a 7 night package. Couldnt get the 1 night to show up on the site, package shows up fine. Got a confirmation for the room only but not one for the package. Lol

Well the room only is booked through my old phone number. It was not given as a phone number but it is in there somewhere and somehow got attatched to it. The could see both of the reservations when I called to cancel my package...so confusing.

You could try other phone numbers that might be associated with your account but the cm may have miskeyed the phone number.
