bookDVC - any renting experiences?

Anyone have experience using bookDVC for their DVC rental? Aaron, the owner, seems like a really good guy but there are zero reviews online. Other company I'm considering is dvcstore (not DVC rental store) which seems to have been in business much longer.

People usually refer to this company https://dvcstore.com/ as "The Timeshare Store."

It has been around for years. But it has primarily been for buying and selling contracts.

When you ask about renting points, I'm not sure if you are the owner with points to get rid of, or you are someone who wants a vacation.

If you are the owner, my concern about renting out points through The Timeshare Store is that I'm not sure they have the name recognition for this purpose, and I'm not sure how well they publicize that they do rentals. Do they run paid ads for their rentals? Do they publicize rentals on social media? Your points could sit forever if nobody knows that the company has points to rent out. I believe David's used to be a Disboards sponsor, and they just do rentals.
DVC Rental Store is a Disboards sponsor, and they have "rental" right in the name of their company. That means that at least some people (those on the Disboards) might know that those two companies rent out points.

Whichever company you decide to use, please read their Agreements thoroughly. A DVC reservation isn't the same as a cash reservation when it comes to modifications, cancellations, and refunds - most people know that. However, the Agreements should state if they complicate things any further.
