Book/video suggestions on teaching children not to talk to strangers!!!

Our 3.5 year old is very social. So much to the point, that she talks to almost everyone and tells them her name, age, etc.

We've been trying to teach her not to talk to strangers, but she doesn't understand who is a stranger and who is not and what to say and what not to say.

If you have any suggestions for books for videos, please let me know.

I don't remember the specific content of the book, but when my children were younger they had "The Berenstein Bears Learn About Strangers". I do remember that sister bear learns about not talking to strangers. That's the only one I can think of right now.
