No. Travelocity, Expedia, and others are selling room only reservations and adding tickets separately. They are not selling WDW packages.
Some, like Southwest Vacations, Delta Vacations, and others, do sell actual WDW packages and can add on dining as an option. It all depends on their contracts with Disney, but Travelocity, Expedia, Priceline, Orbitz, and the like all have room only contracts. So no
DDP since they don't sell true WDW packages.
I find the best deals and more room availability through WDTC than through the other wholesalers. I use Southwest Vacations often for my clients since they have frequent promotions and good flights from my area, but Disney often limits the rooms SWV can book, often no 5 person POR rooms for example.
