I would like to highly recommend You on a Diet by Dr. Mehmet Oz (on Oprah a lot) What a great book, it has really motivated me to stay on my diet. He explains what happens to your body when you carry the excess weight.
I am new to the W.I.S.H. boards and wanted to say hi and I hope you are all doing well. I am following sugar busters as it seems to be the best fit for me.
I have over 100 pounds to get rid of. Hope to "talk" to you all soon. :)

I like your recommendation...I have seen Dr. OZ on Oprah and have been curious by his book. Maybe I should check it out. :idea:

i recently book You on a Diet and love it too. in fact this inspires me to get it back out and check over some recipes. i found the eating plan a bit restrictive for me, but it did lead me to make some changes in my grocery shopping habits. i have to take little steps when it comes to that ;)
 
Thank you both for your warm welcome. Although I love the book I am not really following his diet plan. As I stated before sugar busters is the way to go for me. I did start drinking green tea. It is an acquired taste though. Thanks again and I will be back with progress reports. Started on July 1 and I am down 10 pounds.:banana: :banana:
