Book Fastpasses at midnight? MS cast member just told me 7am for 60 day mark?

My 60 day window for booking fast passes starts tomorrow. I just got off the phone with DVC Member Services and the CM told me I could start booking them at 7:00am tomorrow. I told her that I read on the DIS it was midnight -to which she said "oh that was the old way..".


Would someone please help me with the correct answer?

CMs are frequently wrong.

ADRs are at 180 days at 6AM ET. FP are 60 days at midnight ET.

Yes, I can confirm that on Monday I just did my FPs at 5:30 am at 60 days.

At Midnight Eastern time, 60 days out that would be 11 PM Central, 10 PM Mt. and 9 PM pacific the day before. So would that work? Wouldn't that make it 61 days?
