I have got to stay away from that site.
I always order way to many books when I go there.
At Christmas time my order was over $150.00!! I got soooo amny books tho. Used a lot as gifts.
I have ordered books from them many different times
and I have only been disappointed with only one book -
some of the pages were ripped in it and the book looked VERY handled and dirty.....
so I don't think that's to bad at all ..... 1 book in probaly, say, 300 books.
It is one of my VERY favorite sites to order from.
Always something good on there to buy!!

SherriW - I've ordered from BC quite a bit, as well, and have had problems with maybe 2 of the books I've received. I've called or emailed them both times and they've credited me promptly.
