Book ahead Fast Pass?

I saw, or heard, somewhere that Disney would be returning to one of the old Fast Pass perks, which was that you could book some rides prior to your arrival at your Disney hotel. It would be nice to book some number of days (30?) before your arrival like the old system. Of course, they could tie it to if you were staying at a Disney resort.
