Boohbah doll commercial-anyone else find it a little creepy?

I've never heard of these....things....and haven't seen the commercial. I did follow the link to their website and played around there a bit, which was hard on the eyes (and ears at times) and gave me a horrible headache! Not exactly what I'd call a good first impression...

The toys alone are freaky. My bf turns them all on in the toy aisle at any store and they are soooo scary.
