Yeah, hopefully they will add a second Fantasmic and it will be easier at the end , that means no Ghirardelli that night, but I will find time to get in that fix for sure!

So far, no. But looking back at your first post of tentative plans, we might catch y'all by the pool on the 26th since that is our down day too, and we will be in MK on the 28th! That will be our last day and I can't imagine we will want to spend it anywhere else besides MK.

Well, it looks like the 26th might be it...and that's a big maybe....We are going to be in Epcot on the 28th and the 26th is when we are attending the party and we have reservations at Pirate's League at 2:40...oh well....watch us end up with rooms right next to each other or something crazy like that!

I can't believe it!! We have one month and two days to go..so with three letters left that gives us a buffer time to fill with things like must dos...rides, foods, drinks...it will be a long list!!

So the big news, as everyone knows already, is that WDW posted their updated calendar for Oct. This has upset some people, understandably as you have made all your ADR's and plans based on one calendar, only to have it change possible less than one month to your vacation! But those of us that have planned vacations in the past know that this is something they do every month of the year, sometimes multiple times depending on how busy the month is. We have been waiting for this and now that it's posted I am relieved because, as I had hoped, they added a second Fantasmic! to our DHS night and now we don't have to rush after dinner to try to get in and grab crappy seats..or standing room only spots. So, our DHS day is longer and easier to schedule thanks to these changes!! YAY!!

That's the only change that effects us all week. That's surprising, but a relief!

Another, smaller and disappointing piece of news is that 3 of our 4 costumes came in...and as suspected, mine doesn't fit. Plus to costume makers is not plus to the real world. I am not going to be able to find something off the rack for this POOH sized body. So, I am going to have to make some modifications. I am NOT crafty, I do NOT know how to use a needle and thread, but I am going to try. We'll see....
The other two fit, we are just waiting for Rapunzel's costume to be picked up...some time in the next week.

Next post will be for another day's worth of plans!

Well, it's hard to believe, but we have broken through the 30's already!! It's only 29 days til our trip!!
We are so excited....but it's tempered by the visit we have from Ferb's mom and stepdad coming up. We need to get the house in order for that, then while they are here I will start the packing. I can't even think about packing yet. Too much to do before then.

I hear ya! We finally kicked the thirty family out a few days ago, and are looking at 26 days today!!! So exciting and so close Good luck with that inlaw visit I am going to start throwing things in the suitcases this week...I cant wait

It's just getting so close...but yet so far...we are so excited!!

Thanks for the good luck...it's going to be a trying time, but at least it's short and it will make the wait between now and the trip fly by hopefully.

This countdown is coming to a close...I haven't finished the daily itineraries yet...I know I am losing some of you as you all leave on your trips...but I will continue until we are set to go....today is 4 weeks!!!!

As I sit here typing this, poor Ferb is sick in bed with the stomach flu. I feel so sorry for him...when he gets it, it hits him hard!

A couple of updates.
Today, I saw that Jetblue was having a seat sale that included our dates! So I called to inquire about getting a credit if that was even possible. And not only did I get a credit, but she screwed up and gave me one of them back on my credit card. I called back because only three showed on my JB acct and they said it was too late now, but that she made a mistake crediting my CC back. So, now for our future flights we have $168 in credit and I got $56 back on my CC! Yay me!

Yesterday I realized that we had forgotten to order the girls' autograph books. We got them last time from Artscow so cheap and I have been getting so many coupons from them that they would have been practically free if I had remembered in time. As it is, we ended up using Walmart to get them in on time and they cost us WAY too much. But we got them, they look pretty cool and they will be here in time.

He managed to stay the rest of his day (he gets out earlier on work study) and thankfully has not thrown up, but says his stomach feels off. We are 17 days out and Im trying my hardest to keep everyone well and not go to too many places...but 2 of mine are in school and that is a petri dish in itself.
Great deal on the flights! Wish we could fly, but the prices are so crazy high out of our area. We get to enjoy the 12 hour drive instead

We are 17 days out and Im trying my hardest to keep everyone well and not go to too many places...but 2 of mine are in school and that is a petri dish in itself.

Thanks! Ferb is doing better and is back to work today. So far so good...no sign of further illness. But if it happens it will hopefully be soon. Just want to get it all over with!
How is your son? That's what Ferb felt like all day at work before he finally let it out. I totally agree with the petri dish comparison. It's all germy, but so is our work...I work with money and Ferb has people in his face all day as well!

Now, I have to tell you that if we could drive it in 12 hours, I don't think we would ever fly again. The money we would save would totally be worth it! So, I don't blame you for driving. That is a long time to be stuck in the car, but with all the techno gadgets these days it's not too bad, is it?
