Boo to me! - Solo Halloween PTR 10/22-29 - Link to TR posted!

YES definitely do more of the illustrated itinerary! :cool1: I've seen lots of people do it on their PTR's and I think it's such a great idea! I want to do one for each day of my trip when it gets closer, but I don't really like to plan out what attractions I'll do at what time so it will probably be pretty lame! We'll see once it gets closer, maybe in October I'll do it! I can't wait to see the rest of yours! :upsidedow

:rotfl2: at drunk posting! We have a bottle of wine sitting on the counter that I've been slowly but surely finishing off. I don't think my DBF has noticed yet that the amount remaining is considerably lower than where it was 3 days ago....:rolleyes1 It was a rough week!

I like your illustrated itinerary! :thumbsup2 ....and you're updated itinerary! :thumbsup2:thumbsup2

AND your countdown calendar! I also use a whiteboard! I'll post pics on my TR today!

i like the picture itinerary! maybe i will do that... it will be good practice for my actual TR which i am sure will be loaded with pics!

I'm not planning times, so once I do one for a park day, I'll likely just be like "And at some point, I'll go on these rides" and post pictures of the rides :lmao: I don't like planning minute-by-minute. I just like knowing what rides I want to go on. The order doesn't matter much to me. You should definitely do it when your trip gets closer :teeth: It was actually kind of fun picking out the best pictures :)

I don't drink, but I plan to have my first drink at WDW with my best friend next November. I haven't got a clue what I'll get, but such is life :lmao: My parents are getting annoyed by my "In __ days, I'll be doing this or that".

I had fun doing it :) It was interesting picking out the pictures I wanted to use, since I just used Google Images to find them. I think you should do one :teeth:

My entire team at work laughs at me when I say "In ___ days I'll be on the plane!" or "In ___ days I'll be headed to dinner!" At least my obsession is good for a few laughs!

Get something fruity! It will ease you into it! Cosmo's are favorite but anything fruity is usually a good place to start. If you can get something fruity AND frozen, you probably won't even taste any alcohol! The Everest Avalanche at Yak & Yeti would be perfect!

I was looking at the chocolate martini I saw somewhere, and there were a couple other things that interested me. My thing is just that I hate the smell of alcohol, so I'm not sure what I'd be able to get :lmao: My uncle recommended something sweet (he's a bartender), and my mom agreed.

I'm just of so many word, it's all cool.....

I don't know where this came from, I've had enough Tequila....must go to bed......

:lmao: Yay for drunk posting, then :teeth:

Tequilas and Illustrated itineraries are a well made match made in heaven.

:rotfl2: Yeah, I wasn't sure what her first comment was meant to say.. :teeth:

Sorry about all that! :rotfl2: We had a long long day and we went to Acapulco. (restaurant chain) We both got the Grande Margarita, and since Fran is on so many medications and was driving home, she gave me hers to finish! Yikes! Hence the incomprehensible posts!

We were again all day at work, but I'm taking it easy tonight.

I would like to say, I like the pictoral itinerary. Where do you find all these pictures and do you upload them to your photobucket account or link directly. If you link directly how does one do that?

You might have seen the Chocolate Martini in my DCA F&W review, it is DIVINE, but it is mostly alcohol. I would suggest that you start with something like a fruit margarita or daquiri. They taste almost like slurpee's but have a "kick". My favorite is the Margarita stand just between Mexico and China. Get one of their fruit Margaritas, but don't get the Blue Patron one, they put a little exta liquor in that one, it's my favorite, but I enjoy my beverages a little more than you do. ;)

:lmao: Hey, it made for some funny comments ;) I hope your evening goes well!

I actually find photos on Google Images, and then save them and upload them to Photobucket. I don't like direct linking :lmao: Plus, that way, I know it's there and won't be removed or blocked from direct linking.

I think it was in someone's Le Cellier review, actually... Not sure, though. But I'm not having anything for over a year anyway, so I'm sure I'll find something then :teeth: Thanks!

And are you planning on going again soon? Please let me know so that I can be on line and we can have a similar discussion on my not PTR....it was hilarious! :rotfl2:

Hey there! I started reading on Friday but can't remember if I announced myself. I'M HERE! :wave2:

We're going to be there at the same time! Woot! Which MNSSHP are you going to? I'm sure you mentioned it already. Will have to go back and read. Will catch up eventually :thumbsup2

:sad2: We rarely go out, so probably not soon...but I could get a bottle at the store and have the same effect! :lmao:

Yay! :welcome:

I'm going to be at MNSSHP on 10/24, 10/26, and 10/28. I haven't bought my ticket for the 26th yet, but I do have them for the other two. I've got three costumes :teeth: My "info" posts are linked in the first post, since I think TRs and PTRs like that are so much easier to read, especially when they're over 15 pages long. Hope you enjoy reading my PTR! :)

67 days for me!

I followed you over from my PTR :).

I don't know where this came from, I've had enough Tequila....must go to bed......

LOL I like you.

That place is a fave of mine! We always eat there at least 2X! haha! I recommend the mac and cheese dish...can't think of the exact name, but it is excellent! The BBQ chicken pizza is great too! :) Makes me hungry thinking about it!

Me too...the mac and cheese is really yummy!

Hi! :welcome: Nice to have you here! :teeth:

Alison's fun :) I like her, too :)

I might have to look into the mac and cheese :) I'm not sure yet what I'll get there. I've heard that most of the food they serve is fantastic, so I'm sure I'll have trouble deciding :lmao:

You're going to THREE parties?!? Holy cow! Have you been before? You're going to need to give me some tips and tricks. This will be my first time but Bubba has been a couple times. What are your costumes? Ah heck, I probably just need to read your PTR to get all my answers

Yeah, I'm insane, I know :) I haven't been to one since I was a CM, and those technically don't count since I was working. I have three different costumes I'm planning on bringing. One pirate, one 50s outfit, and one "I don't care" costume, aka jeans and a MNSSHP shirt :) There's a thread that has fairly accurate information regarding the parties, but I'm posting on my iPod right now, so I'll send you a link later :)

Thanks! I'm glad you like me!

If you're talking WPE, their Mac & Cheese is YUM! I had it in January and it was soooooooooooo good! I would do it again and I am a Mac n Cheese lover!

No Tequila tonight! :rotfl2: Just a nice glass of wine with some Chicken Florentine....Can you tell I like to eat? :lmao:

So what would you recommend? Based on their menu on AllEars, I'm probably either going to get the mac and cheese, spaghetti and meatballs, or rotisserie chicken.

I like their rotisserie chicken...and their mac and cheese....and their pizzas. Haven't tried the spags and meatballs yet.
