Boo to me! - Solo Halloween PTR 10/22-29 - Link to TR posted!

:lmao: I didn't think anyone would get it without resorting to Google or something :) Next week's character isn't too difficult, I don't think. Not sure, though :teeth:

I had to dig through a lot of threads to find that one, but I really like it :) I think I'm just too picky :lmao: That and so many things had the wrong year or "The _____ Family Vacation". I'm going by myself, so I didn't want it to say that. The layovers suck, but, hey, I'm going to Disney World :) I have to look at it like that, otherwise I'll just be annoyed for the next four weeks :lmao:

Everyone tells me that they gained weight after having kids :lmao: My little sister gained weight with Jade, but as soon as she was born, there went the weight. I hate her for that :headache: I really think we all need to set up a thread on the community board for support or something :)

Hey, if nothing more I am learning about new disney characters.

Oh, yes it is what gets you to disney- great way to look at it.:)

With Chloe I went right back to my original weight, but not with Noah. I swear he slowed my metabolism! Or it could be the fact that I am all about carbs too. Plus, I snack whenever I am bored. Oh, and eat out whenever I am too worn out to cook (which is way too often!)

:lmao:No kidding! I have the Carmen Electra Strip Aerobics, used it twice & haven't seen it since lol

I have the Wii Fit and I can't bring myself to step on the scale of it. I really want to get the whole family bikes, but right now we don't have the moolah for them and it is too hot to ride them! I can always find an excuse though!:lmao:

:

I really like it. It can be a pain sometimes to get the controllers to recognize what you're doing, but I like that a lot better than the Richard Simmons videos my mom still uses :rotfl:

 I have some old step aerobic tapes. Last time I used them was before Chloe was born. They kicked me into gear though!

Snacking? What's that? :lmao: As I hide the potato chips I'm eating :) For what it's worth, it's just the little 1oz bag that I got with my sandwich at Subway :) I've been trying not to snack too much lately, but it's hard. I have a major sweet tooth.

That's why I like the Wii Active. There's no scale to step on :lmao: If you guys were here, I'd hook you up with my dad, as he repairs and sells used bikes :)

I tried doing step aerobics once... I twisted my ankle pretty badly :(

Do you guys have a Wii? I actually really like the Wii Active. It's kinda like the Wii Fit, but you don't need the balance board. It also has more activities than the Fit does.

:lmao: I like pasta and bread too much :) One of the cheap meals I like is pasta with melted cheese on top. It's cheap and easy and yummy (especially with mozzarella). My weight's all in my stomach. My legs are fantastic and my thighs and upper arms are proportionate, but it's all in my belly. It drives me nuts :lmao:
:

Ohhhh there's just too much to comment on here! :rotfl:

I've never seen that character! :confused3 I'm not really familiar with the old Disney cartoons anymore, I used to watch them in the mornings on the Disney channel when I would get ready for school, but that was way back in the 80's and I was a little kid, so I don't really remember! She's a cute little chicken, though!:rotfl:

I love the trip journal! Simple, yet so cute! :thumbsup2 I still haven't done anything with my binder after printing and glueing all those pictures on to it...I'm mad at it!

I tried Wii Active and I hate it! :rotfl: I liked Wii Fit so much more, I don't like that thing you have to wrap around your leg while you exercise, it kept slipping off when I was trying to do things!

I LOVE pasta and melted cheese...I used to live on that a few years ago! Ugh, so bad for you though! At least I'm eating whole wheat pasta not and don't really use melted cheese anymore. But just thinking about it makes me want some!

My weight is all in my stomach and chest...mostly my stomach though, it's terrible! My waist is so huge and my hips and butt are pretty small. My legs are ok, my arms are disgusting, but I've always had big arms, even at my skinniest and my face is horrifying, it's so fat...I hate being in pictures because it makes me look like I'm so much fatter than I am because all you see is my gross face fat! :rotfl:

So glad you guys understand! :rotfl2:

:rolleyes1

It seems like Clara Cluck was mostly active in the 1930s, so I think it's understandable that those of us growing up in the 80s never heard of her. She's a cute little chicken in the cartoon, but she drove us crazy in the parade :lmao:

You could always keep the binder for next year or something :teeth: Or use it to plan a trip to DL in early June ;)

This is going to sound bad, but the way that I got the thigh strap to fit was by putting it all the way up at the top of my thigh, where the fat narrows again before joining with my hip :lmao: It stays put there :)

See, I LOVE cheese and I love carbs and all those things that all the fad diets tell you to avoid. I love them :lovestruc

My waist, hips, and butt are huge. My legs look all right (good legs run in the family... :rolleyes1) and my arms are all right, considering all the lifting I do here at work.

I think all of us understand, even if some people are used to being a smaller size or what have you :) :flower3:

Could someone with a big butt share with me???? Mine is flat as a board! I promise to share the chest area!!!!

2 and the half pages??? I go out for about 4 hours and you've covered the character game! Clara Cluck! OMG I haven't seen her in like.....NEVER!

Boo to me! I missed out again! Maybe next time.....

I really think we all need to set up a thread on the community board for support or something :)

YES!!!

I have the Wii Fit. Is the Active really that much better?

Well, you'll see Clara in the Boo to You Parade! That's how I learned about her! :lmao: Maybe you'll get it next week ;)

I've never tried the Wii Fit, but I really like the Active. From my understanding, it's a different kind of workout. You can also customize to your heart's content, and there's no plastic thing to stand on to worry about breaking it :lmao:

The boys want a Wii, Ben wants the ps3, I think that's why we still have the ps2!:rotfl:

We only use our PS3 as a Blu-Ray player. The Wii is GREAT though! We love ours! You can download old Nintendo games (like for the SNES), and even some old Sega games, PLUS it plays Gamecube games, too. It's really versatile and you can do a lot with it (plus they have the Toy Story Midway Mania game that came out for it that is loads of fun!) Ben would enjoy the PS3 because most of the games out for it are adult games. (My BF used to be a manager at Gamestop and video games are his life so that's how I know all this random nonsense! :rotfl2: )

I so feel you on the face thing. I think I look HORRID in our pics from Disney!!!!

You looked fine! I loved your pics!

Could someone with a big butt share with me???? Mine is flat as a board! I promise to share the chest area!!!!

I used to have a butt but when I worked at Old Navy and started working 12 hour days I lost a bunch of weight and the first thing to go was the backside. I hear you on the chest area though...that never seems to subside!

:lmao: That reminded me of this old Ren and Stimpy cartoon where Stimpy literally has part of his butt removed to give Ren awesome pecs :lmao:

I miss that show..I loved Ren & Stimpy.

And I can't believe I spend one day in Mass. and miss your next character game! I knew Clara, too!

I'm here!! I am sorry for being such a bad DIS friend and not keeping up on ANYONE"s PTR's (including my own) I love your game, it's very interesting, but I would not have gotten either of those, even if I had gotten here in time! I also liked your shirt with Eeyore on it. As far as this weight issue is concerned, I wish I could blame mine on Jack, but I wasn't skinny before I got pregnant. I had all kinds of visions of having a baby and then using that to jump start my weight loss. Needless to say it hasn't happened. I am planning on gettig back on track after Disney, so that by our December trip I will have lost 20 pounds hopefully. We are having a photo shoot done, so that's our motivation. My big thing is exercise, I just never get around to doing it, but my family is thinking about getting a Wii Fit (we all could lose some wieght). I can't stand the feeling that I can't buy the clothes I want becuase they won't fit. Hopefully this time it will work! Of course, we will be doing plenty of walking at WDW this week!!!

Geez...a girl spends two days locked in a room listening to Disney Trivia and how many pages go by? I hear ya'll on the weight thing. I have have it equally distributed everywhere, but recently it's been my neck and face that are bulging. Makes me not want to take pictures sometimes!

Well now that my many days at Disney are over, I'll have to go back to my 1300-1500 calorie diet and I'm afraid to step on the scale after what I ate this morning! :scared1: But isn't Disney Food calorie free?

BTW great minds think alike Dana, I almost picked the EXACT same ticker as you, not even realizing which one you had!

My ex-boyfriend used his PS3 just for Blu-Ray, too. I think I'd rather just have the player, since I really don't play enough video games to justify a PS3 in addition to my Wii :lmao:

I've always had a butt. I wish I could move some of my butt into my chest :lmao: Designers always assume that if you're plus size and female, you're big upstairs. Not so. Case in point, me. I'm not that big up top.

I loved Ren and Stimpy, too :) We watched it all the time when we were kids.

:lmao: Hey, there are still three more rounds :goodvibes

Hey, it happens :) Things get busy, especially in the last few days before your trip :) I'm planning on starting to try again once this tooth issue is taken care of (if my blood pressure gets too high, it makes my mouth ache) so I can be a little less heavy for my trip to Disneyland in June, and able to ride Forbidden Journey at WWOHP next November :teeth: I'm really hoping I can talk my friends into a day at IOA so we can see WWOHP, but we're all Potter geeks, so I'm sure I'll be able to talk them into it :)

:lmao: :lmao: Yay for people who are all struggling with the same thing, I guess :) I don't like how I look in pictures sometimes, either. There are two in particular that I'm thinking of from earlier this summer where I just looked awful :headache:

:lmao: In my opinion, it is, because of all the walking, but I think it really isn't ;)

That's funny! I might have to change my ticker, though, since I think I'd set it for June 1 and it's now looking like I'll be coming in on the 31st instead :)

I agree...they think plus size means big ALL OVER. Once again..."how you know your clothes were designed by a man!" They just have NO CLUE! :headache:

I really hate that :headache: I bought this really cute top a few years ago, and the part over the chest was very defined, and it looked ridiculous on me because I'm not that big up top. But yeah, some people just have no clue how plus size bodies are :headache:

It's a global thing and not just restricted to plus size.

I lost a heap of weight about 5 years ago - 20 kgs = 44 lbs. I was really excited about getting back in the standard size range and looked forward to shopping and not restricting myself to plus size shops.....guess what?
There are a lot of designers that have no clue on designing for different body shapes out there!

Yeah, they design based on a twig or something :lmao:
