Planned our MK dates many months back. Turns out two of these nights are Boo Bash event nights. My main reason for visiting MK is fireworks. Does anyone know whether we will still be able to watch fireworks please? Or are we kicked out before fireworks commence? Boo Bash tickets are too pricey for our family of 4 thanks. Many thanks

WDW fireworks in "Summer" can't happen until 9pm (not dark until then.)
WDW fireworks in "Fall" (can't) happen until 8pm (not dark until then.)

My understanding is that you will be able to stay for the fireworks. In the summer, fireworks are at 9 and the party starts at 9:30. I believe they will start asking day guests to leave after fireworks. The only thing to consider is that there will be extra crowds as the party guests will be there along with the day guests. If this will be an issue for you, I would consider changing your days at MK.

I have not seen that fireworks will be part of this after hours event--it is not like the Halloween party that had special fireworks. If they have them, it will likely be included with your day pass, not with the after hours event. The event attendees do get in at 7:00, so probably very busy nights to be there!

We are going in September when park closes at 8:30pm on Boo Bash nights.Boo Bash starts at 9pm on our dates. So if fireworks are 9pm then I guess we will get kicked out. Not sure what to do now. Might look at swapping nights
Thanks

The fireworks are not exclusive to BB. They will have them before the park closes. It's how they've always done it.
Not sure about After Hours events but I know in the past fireworks during MNSSHP and MVMCP were exclusive to party guests and happened long after day guests had exited the park.

This time it will be different as the party starts much later than the Halloween and Christmas parties started and is an 'After Hours' event.

I would expect fireworks at 8 or 8:15 on those nights. As others have said, this is an "After Hours" event, not MNSSHP, and fireworks generally are not, and have not been advertised, as part of this.

This is an after hours event, not a party. Fireworks have always been available for the general guests on days of after hours events. The fireworks happen before the after hours event starts and before the park closes.

It will be a mix in of day guests and after hours only people for fireworks like PPs have said day guests will need to leave after the show and depending on the time may not be able to shop at Main Street retail locations

The regular fireworks shows have never been exclusive to the parties. They have done Halloween and Christmas fireworks exclusive to the parties. After hours have never had exclusive fireworks.

While that is true, they haven't had regular fireworks on party nights in the past, at least not for the last several years. If you were there on a MNSSHP night you were out of luck for any sort of fireworks.

You're talking about MNSSHP- I'm talking about After Hours parties. Everyone gets to watch the fireworks before After Hours begin.

The truth is nobody really knows and we won't know until they post a fireworks time for August 10 on the calendar. Boo Bash has some elements of a MNSSHP (trick or treat, "parade" like cavalcades, halloween character appearances) and some elements of a traditional After Hours event (hours, indication there will be "shorter" waits, whatever that means). It's a hybrid: something new. We're all just guessing here.

Thanks everyone. We have swapped our park reservations for one day and kept the park reservations for the other. We can't even try to book Boo Bash even if we wanted to because they are non refundable and being in the UK we have no idea whether we will be allowed to travel by September. Fingers crossed
