Wondering if anyone knows how much a three bedroom at Bonnet Creek is through Ken Price? On their website they have other bedroom prices, but am thinking we might like a three bedroom.

Not going till April so didn't want to bother them with emails yet. Thought simeone here might know?

I'd go ahead and contact them. 3 Bedrooms can sometimes book up fast since there is a smaller number of 3bdrm units than the 2bdrm units. If you are thinking you will need/want a 3bdrm, especially during heavier travel times (holidays/ spring break/ summer/ etc), My recommendation is always to try and make your reservation ASAP to ensure you can get what you want.

Assuming you are going 4/8 or later, I believe Ken told me the rate is $180 a night for 3BR. It was a few months ago when I spoke to him about a 2BR Pres., but he kept telling me they were the same rate as 3BR Deluxes which I recall being $180 a night for your time frame.

We booked a 3-bedroom for considerably less than Ken's price.

You may also want to check with Paul of Utopia World Vacations - just google it. ;)

I booked with Paul at Utopia as well. However, Ken does offer some options that may be more appealing to some. Refunds, deposit rather than full payment up front are the two that stand out in my mind.

I haven't found a better quote than Paul on anything though.

I could beat it on Ebay maybe, but I'll take my guaranteed rate and ressie for my dates.

We didn't have to make a full payment with Paul upfront, but I know others request a full payment. Regardless of who you book with, do your own research and don't limit your options ;)

I didn't ask for one way or the other, but I'm curious why my contract required full payment then. Maybe because it was my first time booking with him? I'm fine with it personally, but that seems strange to have two different standards.

Assuming you mean 2012---that has been bookable by non-Bonnet Wyndham owners since June. It's not too early!

Yes very odd, but we did ask him upfront what his payment structure was like - i.e. paid in full, deposits, etc. This is our first time using Paul or staying at WBC.

Oh well, I still am very happy with my dealings with Paul so far. I wanted a 2BR Pres. originally, and they were all booked up. I asked him to keep an out for one and what do you know...he emailed me with a new reservation just today! The room location is literally the exact specs my wife wanted.

I didn't expect him to stay on top of it until the 30-day mark because he told me that was when all the Presidential Reserve Points rooms get released. We are there Dec. 11-18. The cool thing about this is I get to surprise my wife with the upgrade on arrival. She will be ecstatic!:cheer2:

Hope you guys have a great trip; I know we both will.

That's awesome, how exciting! :cool1:

We're waiting to hear back from Paul too, we had requested a 3-bedroom presidential upfront and just like you were told the same thing. He's trying his best to see if he can get us one before we pay our final balance. We're 35 days out so we're hoping for some magic just like you. :wizard:

Utopia wouldn't give me a price for April until 5 months beforehand. Ken Price quoted $180 per night but Farrell came in at $149 so we booked with him. Only 3br deluxe available, no presidentials :(

I know Paul just recently started booking beyond the 60-day mark. It is a work in progress. I think he said he is working toward being able to book 10 months out, but no timetable on that. $149 is still a great rate imo, and I have heard nothing but good things about Farrell.

You will have a great trip.

It was last week when I contacted Paul. If wee ever return I will try Paul then

Thanks! Very much looking forward to it.
