Bongos Cuban Cafe Reservations??

I am trying to make reservations for Bongos the week of Thanksgiving. I know you can't make them through Disney Dining (I tried) and they gave me a number to call. When I do get a recording that goes through a menu of people and if you want to make a reservation of 15 or more press this number, blah, blah, blah...Then it says if you want to speak to an operator press 0, so I do and it rings and rings. So I hang up. Anybody else make a reservation here? Am I doing everything right? Thanks!!!

Wish I could help. Maybe you could call disney back and tell them your problem and see if they have any ideas. There has not been many reviews on bongos. It also got So-so ratings as not being really great just what I have heard. Not sure though on how to get reservations.
