bomb threats

we just had one today. the second one in 3 weeks.

Personally, it has never happened at my school.
However, it does happen to one of the local high schools (I don't go there, and probably never will), at least once every few months. They used to be taken very, very seriously. The students couldn't go use the bathroom without an escort, which meant the VP's were running like hell all over the school. Lately though, because it's easier to trace the calls, which are usually made by students, the building is not evacuated. They just search while the students work.

We had 19 over a period of three months in the Fall. It was ridiculous. After the third they stopped taking them seriously. They took away our backpacks and took the door off the bathroom stalls. And we had to be escorted by principals if we absolutley had to leave the room. They finally caught the kid that was doing them last week. Seriously I could have sat down for 48 hours tops and figured out who did them. Our school was just more concerned about ???? who knows, may be the so called purse size we were allowed.

Thats what you get for this day and age.

Well I'm homeschooled now, and I really didn't get them at my high school. Maybe once a year?

But now I work/volunteer at a government building and we're always being evacuated. It's ridiculous.

wow i never realised how bad things could be

i don't think we've had any. ever. i think if any school in wales, britain even had one we'd all be on alert

the market got blown up here. which is weird coz it's a small town waz quite a busy market back then but still.

Not at my school, but there's always tons in the other schools around here. Our school's pretty small, it'd be easy to figure out who did it.

We haven't gotten any, as our school is in the 1st year of running.
But, the other 12 schools in our district have recieved at least 1 since each school opened.

I used to get a lot of bomb threats at my middle school.
So far none in my highschool.

i don't think we get many bomb threats in briton .if we do i haven't heard about them

the first time was scary, but the 35865 times arent as bad.

yep we love our papers.at the momment i am learning about newspaper in english

i'm sure it must be scary the first few times but i think you would get used to it or are you still a bit scared?

There has only been one in my town (I mean since I have been in school), when I was in elementary school.

it's almost ALWAYS a student trying to get the school to get out early, so they just call and say 'there is a bomb in the school' and we all evacuate.

no student has been caught yet. my school is like SUPER bad. we have the guns, knives, drugs deal going on all the time. a kid in my class got expelled yesterday for selling drugs to a girl in my school and she had to go to the emergency room.

Well my school just went through annoying lock down where the police had to bring their dogs to search all of the cars for drugs, and yes this guy did get arrested

We had so many bomb threats last year. One lasted for over two hours, and when we finally were allowed back in, it was seventh period. No one was allowed to have lunch.

Someone pulled the fire alarm on Monday. So we were outside in the middle of the rain, and it was 38 degrees out.

I have had one before. Also we had a kill list left from some crazy girl.
