Boma's - Breakfast or Dinner?

Want to try some new restaurants our next visit to WDW. I've heard lots of good reports about Boma's. If you could only do one meal there, would you make it breakfast or dinner? Also, can you walk there from Animal Kingdom or do you have to take a bus directly to AKL? We are staying at the Yacht Club.

You cannot walk from the AK to the AKL.

Just because I would find it easier to travel using WDW transport, from the YC to the AKL, I would choose to have dinner there. Breakfast travel can be done but depending upon the time you want to eat could be a real challenge.

(Unless you have your own vehicle-then choose the one that appeals to you most).

Dinner is fabulous. I have not done breakfast there, but I can tell you that the dinner we had there was the best meal we've had at WDW. Even my 7 yo DD enjoyed trying the new foods (she didn't do the kiddie buffet). Delicious!

Breakfast and dinner are both wonderful! Because of the really unique offerings at dinner I would suggest dinner!

We have had both breakfast and dinner at Boma.

We preferred dinner because we aren't big breakfast eaters, but breakfast was very good and was the only time we could fit into our trip(meeting friends).

We enjoyed breakfast, so the next trip we went for dinner. Dinner was fablous. I know my kids ate their weight in salmon!

The incredible dinner desserts alone get my vote over breakfast, but then I'm a really a cereal and toast breakfast eater.

We've enjoyed both breakfast + dinner... both offer unique + tasty foods. Dinner is our favorite though. Make a note of any favorites you taste, tell your waiter you want to request recipes, and they will give you a paper to write down recipe requests, along with your e-mail address. Within days of our return home, we received the recipes! Yum!

I am glad I read this thread, I was wondering the same thing myself. Well I am convinced to do dinner there during our WDW trip.

In my opinin, breakfast is good but dinner is great.

Dinner was wonderful (as long as you are willing to try things). I had trouble finding enough room to try all the things I wanted to try. The Zebra Domes are particularly good.

Thanks for the tips. Dinner sounds like our best bet - then maybe we can do breakfast the next trip! Everyone raves about the zebra domes. Can anyone tell me what a it is?

We have done both. I loved the breakfast the best. My husband and son loved the dinner buffet the best. Overall it was very enjoyable and I would not hesitate to do it again if I have the chance.
