Boma?

My mom and I are planning a trip to Disney and she's left all the dining decisions up to me. She hasn't been in over ten years so I want to make sure she really enjoys herself. I have been to Boma on the past couple of trips and absolutely love it! My mom and I have pretty opposite tastes though - I'm a vegetarian and love different ethnic foods, spices, etc., while she eats meat, but is pretty unadventurous in what she will try. Any opinions on if she'll find a lot to enjoy?

Yeah, Boma isn't adventurous. Does she like chicken, salad, soups, roasted potatoes, mac n cheese? Then she'll be fine.

We also love BOMA. She should not have a problem with any of the meats at the carving station or the fish. The soups are delicious and there is wide assortment of salads and veggies. There is always the stand by spaghetti and meatball, and mac and cheese. As far as the desserts, there is something there for everyone from the choc. mousse, cookies, pastries and our favorite - banana bread pudding. She may surprise you and try something different.

Haley: Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! I hope you have your new bride and grooms ears!

Hubby is not at all adventurous when it comes to food, while I love Boma and all the exotic offerings. He finds plenty to eat, roasted meats and chicken, pasta, spreads with flatbread chips, salads, some of the soups, veggies, desserts. And he puts up with me pestering him to "just try a little bite of this", "grab a forkful of that" all through the meal.

My family loved Boma also and there was something that everyone found to enjoy. I think your mom will be fine.
