Hey all!
Thanks for all of your replies and thoughts. All Ears will usually tell you if there is a surcharge, but they could be wrong. Hopefully, they are including it (surcharge). $40 bucks for this buffet is outrageous. If it keeps going up in price we will just not go anymore. I think Disney is forcing us all to buy into eh hem "
Free Dining". Thanks but no thanks.

Hey Brunette!
All Ears is wrong quite often. They just seem to fill in prices, without any explanation as to peak surcharges. The price they have listed is more than likely with surcharge included, as that is in effect now. They seem to be attempting to do what Disney does - Disney does NOT tell or alert guests to surcharges, as they change pricing/menus throughout the year. Whatever price in effect at the time of dining, is the price you will see listed on menus or signs. They do not make any mention of surcharges on their menus or signs.
The problem with this is that All Ears doesn't keep up with their pricing at all, and you'll see incorrect prices all of the time. They have surcharge prices listed when it's not surcharge time, and vice versa.
Based on our prices in July, many buffets are around $35.99 with the surcharge included, you are at $40.00. No thanks!
We have cut out all TS dining pretty much for out next trips, as we are done with the crazy high prices too. We've done it all, and so we don't think we'll miss it that much. Kids will probably have a hard time with no character meals, but even they are getting tired of rushed characters, kids running around the restaurants, etc.
I also agree that Disney seems to be 'forcing' people onto the DP, by inflating its value. The fact that there is a minimal difference between non-peak and peak DP rates (2.00), yet there is still a 4.00 upcharge for cash paying guests, proves that theory, IMHO.
Happy planning, Tiger
