Boma-Sausage and Lentil Soup Recipe?

Hey there...I wss just down in Disney in early August. I have the wonderul pleasure of being there right after Boma added a few new foods to their menu. My Dad and I totally loved the Sausage and Lentil soup...but I forgot to ask for a recipe card while I was there...does anybody know the recipe or know who I can write to, so I can get the recipe?

Lentil and Sausage Soup
Boma
Animal Kingdom Lodge

Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients

1 cup lentils, cooked
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup onions, diced
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup carrots, diced
1 pinch black pepper
2 pinches ground Coriander
1/8 teaspoon Curry Powder
2 pinches Nutmeg
1 cup pork sausage, chopped
1 cup Tomatoes, diced
2 quarts Beef Stock

Method

Saute diced onions, celery, carrots, and pork sausage in olive oil. Add lentils and spices. Add beef stock and cook until lentils are soft. Add tomatoes at end of cooking process
