Boma Ribs question

Trying to move a few ADRs around i have Boma booked on a Wednesday which i was told that is a rib day but would really like to move it to another day ? Does anyone have a current rib line up for Boma ? I know its typically a few days a week My husband thanks you in advance !

Forgive me, but I've been to Boma on nights where there were ribs. I don't remember which nights of the week it was, but they looked like something I didn't want to eat and I passed on them. Others may feel differently, just thought I'd mention it. They might be wonderful, but I couldn't tell from the appearance.

the rotation menu says Wednesday and Saturday. i love, love, love the ribs (perfect blend of spicy and sweet for me), so i aim for those nights and it has worked out so far...
