Boma question

I haven't eaten there for 4yrs, so forgive me if I'm a little misinformed! I remember that flank steak was only served on some evenings each week. Does anyone know if this is random, or do they use the same schedule each week? I'd like to work our reservation around the flank steak if possible (dh was in heaven...), but I'm not sure if that's possible. TIA!!

I'm not much help, but we were there last weekend (yum) and I know that the ribs--not flank steak--are Wednesday and Saturday. We hadn't been to Boma in over a year and were very pleased to see that they've changed some of the salads and side dishes. As much as we like the food, we had started to find it repetitive. We found the changes refreshing--amd as good as ever. Sorry I can't help more with the flank steak--enjoy!!
