tell me which one & why and I'll go to the winner-

DH and I LOVE Kona. It's totally relaxed and mellow, and the Kona Kone is an amazing dessert treat. We also enjoy the variety of food--DH can have seafood or steak and I adore the coconut crusted chicken, so everyone is happy!

Boma is a good buffet with alot of variety and good prime rib, but Kona has prime rib and filet that are both out of this world, IMHO :woohoo: :woohoo:. Kona is a must do for us every trip ;). With that said, they are both good. But if only one could be chosen, I would definitely say Kona :thumbsup2

I suggest going to whichever is more convenient. They are both very good, you can't go wrong with either :thumbsup2

This is a valuable point. Both are great for the food and the atmosphere at each resort. But if I had to choose one, Kona Cafe for the Tuna Oscar. :goodvibes

Now I really like to know what else you have...there may be something else to change and go with these two!

It depends how you feel like eating. If you are happy with a chosen dish, Kona is very good. If you want to experiment a bit and try a little bit of everything, then go to Boma (one of my favorites). Like others have said, you'll get great food at both places!

I really prefered Kona. It's nice sit down. Boma is a buffet with strange food.

I say Kona....

DH says Boma....

and thus you see how our marriage works.....

Kona was one of our least favorite meals lst trip, buit we're giving it one more shot this time and ordering different things.
Boma is a great buffet that has a lot of "normal" food and quite a few African inspired things that were really good. The butternut squash soup, african stew and zebra domes were my favorites. Plus the resort is beautiful to walk around either before or after dinner...you can eat, then go out to the overlook and see giraffe with night vision goggles. Not many places you can do that.

Ooooh that is tough, they are our top 2 favorites. This trip though I think Kona wins out. The bread and macadamia nut butter are to die for!:cloud9:
