If you could only pick one, which would you choose? We need to pick only one of these for our of our days. We think we would enjoy them all but never been to any. I was searching the reviews but would like more opinions....

I've done 2 of 3. Bomas and 'Ohana for dinner. Haven't done WC yet. Of the 2 I've done, I would rec. Bomas. The food is very good. :goodvibes There's something for everyone. As far as 'Ohana goes, we've only eaten there once and we found the starters good but the meats were, for the most part, dry. Also, we were seated far away from the action so DD didn't get to join in activities-she couldn't get near them in time. We don't plan on going back again.

As far as breafkast goes, we've only done 'Ohana-and we really enjoyed it. We were there last Sept. and had an 11 a.m. ADR. The place was less than 1/2 full and we took our time eating. The characters came around at least 3 times each, and the food was good. I've also heard rave reviews for Bomas, as well.

Happy Dining!

breakfast-Ohana (good character interaction and pineapple bread!)
dinner-Boma (great variety of food)

DW, who I will be going basically only eats Chicken. So.... Does Boma have chicken?

I'm afraid out of the three, I've only been to Boma but it's fantastic and well worth a visit.

We recently had dinner at each of these restaurants. From a strictly food and service standpoint, I'd choose 'Ohana. But, really, I make all my ADRs based on which park we'll be visiting that day so I'd only choose Ohana for an Epcot or MK day.....

The food was ok at WCC, the service was ok, the atmosphere was a lot of fun. My kids really liked it.

Boma has terrific food, lots of variety. Really really delicious soups! They have a great wine flight available in red or white for under $13 and you get 3 pretty generous pours. AKL is a gorgeous resort- if you eat here, make sure you take the time to check out the savannah. Our service on this visit was absolutely terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place again, based on our experience. It was ridiculously bad.

So I'd recommend Ohana because the variety and quantity of food was generous. It was delicious- from the bread and salad to the wings and potstickers and the side dishes- lo mein and veggies. The meats were great- fresh, hot, tender and moist. But the highlight was the bread pudding dessert- YUM. To top it off, the Polynesian is gorgeous, the restaurant was so much fun- the kids had a blast with the games and dances and still managed to stuff themselves! Plus, how can it not be fun to drink a cocktail out of a pineapple!?!

Easy. Ohanas is by far the best of the three. If chicken is your thing, they have the best honey bbq chicken wings ever.

We have tried all 3 for dinner and I would go with 'Ohana. You won't be disappointed at all...

They bring you bread, salad, noodles, broccoli, shrimp, steak, pork and turkey...and then at the end, they bring you bread pudding with ice cream.

It's delicious. We were completely full by the end of the meal and felt like we had great options. They come back with more of whatever you like.

WCC is nice, too, and the options are different. It really depends on what type of food you are in the mood for.

All this talk about food is making me hungry.

As some one who mostly eats chicken, Boma was my least favorite. I think I would pick Whispering Canyon over Ohana but that is cuz i love the milkshakes. I am calling tomorrow to make our ADRs and we are doing Ohana not Whispering Canyon.

If you've never been you may want to go for the atmosphere, however if you're going for the food Ohana and Boma win hands down. I also pick my restaurants according to what parks we will be at during the day. We go commando style and go from sun up until sun down. We've stayed at Wilderness Lodge several times, home to Whispering Canyon and after our first couple of visits it kind of lost it's charm. We've never had a bad meal at Boma's or Ohanas.

BOMA. I am a very picky eater, and was not happy in 06 that this was one of our options that we had to "resort" to because of almost last minute ADRs. My Dh insisted that we try it, and this is one of the many times that I have to admit DH was right..... they have wonderful variety of food. I am mainly a chicken eater, but found myself sampling everything and enjoying every last bite, and this is why Boma is a definate for us this Dec.

I've been to all three for dinner and Ohana is my favorite restaurant in Disney(and I am a vegetarian, so that's saying something!) Boma was also awesome because there are tons of options for everyone, something new as well as old favorites. Just ate at WCC and did not have a good experience...don't go there.

We've done them all and Boma's would be the most interesting of all the choices. When it comes to deciding on good food alone and eating something more familiar, WC is a great place as their BBQ is actually pretty good. I enjoyed it last December and I will be making our ADR's tomorrow for WC as we're at our 180 day mark.:cool1:
