Thanks for the reviews! We are trying Jiko for the 1st time in Nov- can't wait! To request the cooking place; is that done @ the podium when checking in? Thanks for any info on how to do that!
San Angel has always been one of my favorites! I love the food and the atmosphere!

When you check in, there is a special podium on the third floor (lobby floor) for AKL guests only -- it is next to the bell station to the left of the entrance. Otherwise, check in at the desk on Level One.

Thanks for the reviews, they are awesome! I know what you mean about the Filete Motuleno, I always order it when we go to The San Angel Inn, and it is always fantastic!

I am so glad to hear this! It is difficult to write in a way that people will understand that our opinoin isn't "steak for dummies."

I only hope that if othes try the filet it will be equally good.

I loved this post and look forward to hearing from others as they try the San Angel Filet. Much appreciated!
