Boma..French Toast Bread Pudding

So, I ate at Boma for breakfast last weekend and I was really looking forward to the french toast bread pudding, but they didn't have it! I was bummed as this was one of the reasons I chose to eat there as we were staying elsewhere on property. Did they take it away?...Or, is it only served on certain days?

After they stopped making the cinnamon raisin French toast, we told our server about it. She then brought out a chef, and he offered to make a similar version for us (they didn’t have the exact same bread). There were many jealous eyes looking at the large plater of cinnamon raisin French toast as it was delivered to our table.

I'm not sure on that particular dish, but Boma does for sure change out what they serve on different days. Sometimes for us its a hit with our favorite things and other times, not so much. We love it there no matter what!

We had it in November, around Thanksgiving. Must have just been one of the days they did not have it, when you went. Bummer!

Any chance your reservation was one of the last seatings? Wonder if they would just not replace it after running out if it was late enough in the morning. We will be there in three weeks and the bread pudding is one of the reasons!

We had a middle morning reservation. So, not the last...I hope they still have it next time. I did not ask the server as he was extremely busy and we did not see him when we were eating. I did not even see a place for it on the bar. Not sure I would go back and take a chance that it’s a day they don’t have it. Unless, i was staying there. Everything else just wasn’t quite as good as before. I also missed the omelette station. Thanks everyone for your responses!
