Boma for breakfast

I have heard some comments on how good Boma is for breakfast. However, I looked at the menu and I am at a loss to understand, based on the menu, why someone would be excited about it - especially considering the price.

3 adults and a child for breakfast = $61 + tax and tip, and the menu looks like standard fare, nothing exceptional. I mean the items have different names, but when I look at the ingredients it's just basic stuff it would seem.

I feel I must be missing something and am hoping someone who has been there for breakfast and really enjoyed it could explain what was so wonderful.

We went in December and LOVED the breakfast. The quality of the food was exceptional. The made toorder omlettes were great, there were carving station and such. The fruit was fresh and the juices were great/ We make it more into a brunch so it takes care of both breakfast and lunch. It really is an awesome buffet.
