Which is better Boma breakfast or dinner? I love the desserts there so I am leaning towards dinner but I'm torn. We will have some picky eaters with us

Boma has my favorite breakfast. They have wonderful pastries that can rival any dessert. Plus, breakfast is less expensive. They do have meats so you can do a late breakfast and you won't need lunch. They have a made to order omlet station too. It is wonderful.

We do not like Boma dinner.

If you have picky eaters you may run into a problem with this buffet.

We found that they use cinnamon, vanilla and fruits flavors in everything. Making the dinner very sweet. And while we are sweet tooths, for dinner it wasn't our tastes.

The meats had cinnamon on them, the soups were all sweet and the side dishes all had the same flavors. Everything we choose (except the kids station) was the same way.....it was like eating a holiday dessert for dinner. Didn't like it.

So if your picky eaters don't like sweet tasting meats, veggies and potatoes then I would stick with breakfast.

I love Boma dinner but wouldn't waste my money on their breakfast. I eat a bagel and maybe some fruit so spending that kind of money on a buffet for that is a waste to me.

Dinner on the other hand is my favorite meal on property. I've eaten at African restaurants all over and Boma is very toned down so I don't think you need to be very adventurous to eat there.

BOMA breakfast is in my opinion the best in all of Disney. We have not tried the dinner yet but we are excited to get to try it in a few weeks. :thumbsup2

Boma breakfast is very good, but we do not care for the dinner - too many "flavors of Africa" type foods for us.

I'd go with the dinner. The selection is vast. The food is great. We sampled spoonfuls of this and that and went back for seconds. My best friend and her family was just there a couple of weeks ago. Their 13 & 15 year olds are very picky. She was astonished that her DS 15 decided he wanted to try all new stuff and Boma. They loved it. And if they won't try anything out of the ordinary there are standard kid friendly options. I went with picky eaters in Oct. and they had fun trying different things. (It's still beef, chicken, and pork so there isn't anything that looks really weird.) It turned out to be their favorite restaurant of the week.

We love breakfast but didnt like dinner at all...do not like my entrees to be flavored sweetly and heavy on the vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg etc

It's the reverse for us. We had dinner there and now I'm looking forward to breakfast as well in Sept!

Honestly, there's such a variety of food at Boma for dinner that your picky eaters should be fine. My DD11 is *very* picky and she found foods to eat with no problem.
