Boma ADR and RD at AK

We have a car, so transportation is not a determining factor. I would love to try Boma for breakfast. If I schedule an ADR for 7:30 AM, can we make it to AK for RD? I'm thinking yes, but wanted to ask the DIS in case there's something I'm missing.

Alternatively, we could do Boma on our non-park, resort touring day (Poly, CR, WL, FW, GF) but we were planning to tour AKL after AK as this is our departure day and we have a few hours to kill after AK closes and when we need to leave for the airport.

If park opening is at 9am then yes you should definitely make rope drop. Since Boma's is a buffet you get to start eating right away. You should be done in about 45 mins.
