Bolt Birthday DISigns - Help requested!

Someone else was asking about Bolt Disigns but I couldn't find Pink Pixie's thread.

My son chose a Bolt design from Kellybell's pages and I didn't want to include his name on it. I'd like for my other son to have a Bolt design as well to refer to his brother's birthday.

Can anyone help me with this?
