Bok Choy salad?

Anyone have a recipe for this? I had it at a party once and really liked it. I think it had ramen noodles in it and a sweet dressing. Having a BBQ tomorrow and looking for some thing a bit different. Anyone have any other ideas?? TIA

I've used this one www.allrecipes.com/Recipe/Napa-Cabbage-Noodle-Salad/Detail.aspx but it calls for Napa cabbage, not bok choy.

I was just going to post this exact same recipe from allrecipes. funny. It's a good one and people always ask me for the recipe. Be sure you buy DARK sesame oil, the light one has no flavor and will ruin the recipe. One way I tweak it is instead of using regular dark sesame oil, I use the spicy sesame oil-gives it a bit of a kick and the sweet with the kick is awesome!

Do you replace something with the sesame oil? I don't see sesame oil in the ingredients? I'm going to the store in a little while and want to buy the right stuff, lol.

Sorry- just got home. I made a mistake-this is the salad I make. Very similar, except for the sesame oil, which I think adds a really great flavor.
