What's worrying me is that is this error message that I get when I try to link it : "Your reservation cannot be located as entered. Please try again or call (407) 939-1947 for assistance. Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call."

I've been trying to call. Nothing but a busy signal.
I get the same message. I'm also worried that I have 2 reservations for the exact same time/people. I thought it wasn't possible to have overlapping reservations? I'm worried that once the system is working, it will see I have 2 reservations and delete them both due to some error. :(
 
For those that were able to make a reservation and it is not showing up in MDE, please ask the cast member if the reservation is still valid.

Someone else posted that yes it was...I made a reservation around 4-430am they are now showing up
 
I just spoke with the rep. She told me that the system was undergoing some "enhancements" and no reservations could be made at this time. She told me to try back in an hour. OMG.

Yes!!! Same thing five minutes ago as well...
 

For those of you, who got reservations and they are not showing up on the MDE App, just sign in and sign out a few times. I just did that and it finally showed up on my phone! YAY!!!! Will call later tonight just to confirm.
 
My reservations just showed up in MDE as well (which, apparently, I made 3 of o_O). I tried to cancel the 2 I don't need, but I guess since the system is down, it won't let me. Anyway, there should be at least 2 reservations for 4 people (May 20th @ 11:35) made available once the system is back up and running.

I also called tech support and only waited around 5 minutes. They told me the reservations not showing up in MDE was a "known issue" and then offered to transfer me directly to dining reservation services without having to wait on hold again! Dining, of course, couldn't help me because the system is down, but I thought I'd offer up my experience in case it helps someone else get through on the phones.
 
When I finally got a rep, she also told me system was down and to call back later. SMH.
 
I made reservations at 5:50 EST, immediately received an email confirmation, but it just now showed up on MDE (at 9:05 EST). whew.
 
My TA said the system crashed about 20 minutes after the "go" time. Not to worry if you got email with confirmation number. It'll eventually show up once they work out the kinks.
 
The online system alternates between telling me that "No tables available..." and "We were unable to check for available tables at this time". So, how will we know when the system is back up and working???
 
I was online at 6am and had my reservation but then got an error and it never went through. Spoke with rep and she confirmed the system crashed almost immediately. I just hung up again with them and its still not up. I don't think there we very many reservations made so keep trying. That's what I am going to do. Keeping fingers crossed.
 
I rebooted the app and my reservations are now showing on MDE. I feel terrible for all the folks who can't get in! I hope the system is back up soon and everyone gets the slots they want.

I had my time and put in payment info and then it just stalled. Did your do that or did you actually get a conf #?
 
I ended up with 3 reservations on MDE for BOG lunch (never made it thru to final confirmation oddly enough except on one of these the other two times it errored out). For those of you who "almost" got thru but it gave an error message, I would try checking your MDE.
 
My husband doesn't get it either! I'm sure he will be happy on August 13th! We have a lunch reservation:cool1:
 
I woke up around 4:30 EST, and checked for the heck of it, and was able to make a reservation for 12:50 on 22-April. It didn't immediately show up in on our MDE or an email, so I figured it was a glitch. My wife woke up before 6:00 and I told her what I did, and nothing was still showing up, and no email confirmation. My wife then tried, and was able to make a reservation on the same date, but at 2:30 which was the only time left available. A little after 8:30 my wife's reservation showed up in MDE and she got an email for it. Around an hour ago we finally got the confirmation on my initial request. Sounds like when the system is working, its lagging pretty badly.
 
I am happy for those that got reservations. If you ended up with several, please cancel what you are not going to use. I have checked several days for a weeks time, both online, in app and on phone and NOTHING. Not even for 2 people. I find that very very hard to believe. Something is wrong here. While I love WDW and Dining, I am very frustrated at their customer service.
