BOG PPO reservations

I am sorry if this has been asked and answered. We have an 8:05 PPO ADR for BOG (wow, that is alphabet soup!). Am I correct that anyone with an ADR between 8:00-9:00 is all let in at the same time? I am assuming anyone with an ADR is going to want to get there at 8:00. So the actual reservation time doesn't matter? Do they account for that with seating?

Just trying to wrap my brain around how this works. Seems odd that everyone with reservations during that hour is let in the restaurant at once. Thanks!

Yes, anyone with an ADR will be let in to the park.
No, they don’t account for that in seating. Be there on time, which is 15 minutes before your ADR. They will start letting you through the main gate at 7:45.
Reservation times do matter. If you have a later ADR you *may* be asked to step aside and wait. If no one is showing up on time you *may* be let in early. If you preorder that *may* speed up your wait times.

Ok thanks. Ours is an 8:05, so I just wanted to be sure we are given priority to get in the restaurant. Other comments have sounded like it was a free for all once they let you past the gate.

We had an 8:05 ADR while there this past December. Go to the left side of the main gate and they will check your magic bands for the ADR and then give you a slip of paper that you will give to the cast member at the entrance of Liberty Square and will allow you to go in to fantasyland early. I would be there no later than 7:45. Have fun!

You’re very welcome! We didn’t know about the left side entrance. We were staying at the Contemporary and walked over on the walkway from there, so we didn’t even see the cast member holding the big sign that said something like “ADR check in.” We wasted about 15 minutes waiting with the rest of the crowd. The park did open at 8 am that day, so it was pretty crowded. However, we did get a few of those coveted “almost empty park” pics. And I had to take a photo of a completely empty Liberty Square!
