BOG PPO - 2 Questions

A friend of mine rescheduled his trip with the Irma coming through Florida. I helped him find new reservations for the upcoming week. I found a BOG PPO at 840 for 2 people on a day MK opens at 9.

Will they let a party of 4 enter the park with a reservation for 2? One of the 4 is a child under 3.

2nd question. I have done BOG PPO many times but always had an 8:00 reservation. So I was let right in the park around 7:50 or so. With an 8:40 reservation do they hold you back for a while or do you go in with everyone ?

No.

One of the 4 is a child under 3.

Child still needs to be on the ADR. Even babes in arms.

To date, with everyone. But everyone has to have an ADR. They don't let in anyone not on the ADR.
