BOG online breakfast ordering?

I have been trying for several days to order our breakfast online but there is some sort of server issue. Is anyone else having this trouble? Do we really need to order ahead of time?

If your goal is to be out quickly, yes, you want to advance order.

Use the desktop site, not the app.

If you'd prefer to not wait in a line to order at a kiosk then you'll want to order ahead of time.

As PP suggested order on a computer vs the app.
It seems to go more smoothly.

Also apparently people have been having issues pre-odering if you don't have guests names listed on the ADR so be sure that you have everyone's name listed.

Can you call Disney Dining and place order? I still keep having trouble. Can review the order but as soon as press button to order Lady and the Tramp come up and say "Sorry for Paws" then couldn't place order try again.

Sorry no its online only.

You could call Disney and let them know the problem and see if they can do anything about it but you cannot order by phone.

• Use a different browser or incognito window

I had this problem too, make sure you update your guests names on the reservation, after I did that I was able to order.

You have to do it through MDE. It's from My Reservations in your MDE.

I clicked on My reservations and found the actual breakfast reservations but have no idea where to go from there. Is it something that will open up closer to our date of 12/18?? Thank you!!

You can do the preorder when your reservation is 30 or less days away.

Thanks everyone. Haven't been able to get it to work yet. Tried all the suggestions. I think I am just not going to worry about it. We aren't in that big of a hurry. I will just be happy to be in Disney again.
