BOG Mistake!!!

So we were really looking forward to getting a fastpass for BOG lunch for our day at MK. We had everything all planned out and our schedule has us at MK on 9-23. I got my fastpass all set up for this day and now I've realized that this is a MNSSHP day and we can't do MK that day (because we want Wishes and the Electrical parade)!! I of course tried to move my fastpass to a different day but there are none available!!! I am so bummed!!!! I don't suppose its possible to eat there without tickets to the park? We were switching to AK for that day, could we eat lunch at BOG and then go back to AK?

You could get a one day park hopper ticket which would allow you to go to different parks in one day otherwise you would need to use a park ticket for the Magic Kingdom to be able to get to your BOG fastpass

To go to 2 parks in one day you would need to add parkhopper to your tickets. The hopper is approximately $60 per ticket and would allow you to hop everyday.

Buying a 1 day parkhopper is not very practical because it would be more expensive then adding parkhopper to your current tickets.

I'm really surprised you can't make a BOG fp for another day. Are you sure you can't? We had BOG lunch a few times last week and we were able to change our BOG days and times several times just two days out.

Thank you Purple figment that is what I meant, I was trying to say that if she/he had a park hopper option they could still get into MK and have lunch at BOG. I know that you can get park hoppers for a certain number of days so I was saying if they only wanted to do that on one day than they would need to at least be able to hop for one day. Thank you for explaining that clearer.

Agree. I have gotten one 5-6 times and have never gotten one sooner than 7 days out. I have even changed them multiple times while I was there. I would keep trying to change it.

I just pulled it up, I can even get one for this Saturday with a choice of several time slips.

I'm sure at this moment I cannot book one for Wednesday (the day we would like). There are fast passes available on Tuesday and Friday which are both MNSSHP days.

I am in the same boat. We are trying for Thursday 9/11 and they are none available; but the next day (a MNSSHP day) they have them.

Does anyone know what kind of stand-by time we would face at approx. 1:30?

you won't get in at 1:30 standby. They are now handing our SB+ slips shortly after the restaurant opens and when those are gone that's it for the day. There have been multiple reports of guests coming out from BOG at 11:30-11:40 and signs were posted that there was no more availabilty for lunch that day.
