BOG lunch and FoF parade

When should I book our FP for BOG lunch if we want to allow ourselves enough time to get a good spot for FoF? I'm unsure how long lunch will take - we don't want to rush through it but also are not going to sit there for hours I'd like to have enough time to enjoy our food, walk around the castle (maybe while we are waiting for the food?) and then go find a good spot for FoF. TIA!

Figure the lunch portion will take an hour, give or take.

Figure you want to grab a parade spot 45 minutes before start-time, give or take.

Thanks! Does it matter where on the route we see the parade? It seems a lot of folks crowd in the hub or on Main st - is there any benefit to being there (other than the castle in the backdrop)?

Same parade experience anywhere along the route.

As a general rule, the Frontierland end of any parade route tends to be less crowded than the hub and Main Street.
