They will make your reservation too! I called at 11:30 - was on hold for 8 minutes and got my first choice of time and date!

I just called them too (at noon), waited on hold for 10 min and then a supervisor came on and added the credit card to the reservation (but it is a new confirmation number)...member services..... love ya!!

I called this morning and they said they couldn't do it and call dining.

After a couple of hours getting frustrated not reaching Dining I called member services again. It was obvious they had learned how to handle the situation and had a procedure in effect now to fix it.

Anyone in same boat is much better of calling DVC now instead of dining.

DVC MS added my cc# without any issue and managed to keep my conf# the same.

I am glad we became members when we had the chance. Their MS came through for us.
