BOG frustration

So, I set my alarm to go off at 5:50 am the other day so that I could get BOG for dinner one night of our trip in January. It actually pulled up a 6:40 ressie! .....but then when I clicked on it , it made me enter my password (even though I was already logged in!) and then the ressie disappeared!!

I just tried again today and the SAME thing happened to me!! What am I doing wrong??

When was the last time you entered your password? You need to do something that makes you enter your password, maybe log out and back in, before you start searching for reservations in the morning.

Either phone and make the reservation that way (I did that last week and got two BOG reservations including one for the first day of our stay on January 28th).
Another suggestion, call the Disney technical support line. Those folks really seem to know what they are doing.

This happened to me also, but fortunately when the 6:30 reservation disappeared, I logged in again and a 6:35 showed up and I was able to book it. Dont know if somebody grabbed it before me or what exactly the problem was. Definitely call for a reservation.
