How long should I allot time for a BOG dinner I my plans?

At least 90 minutes- dinner might only take an hour, but waits to be seated are common unless you have a very early ADR.

Agreed. When we checked in last week they were running about 20 minutes behind. Reservation at 7:35pm, checked in at 7:25, seated at 7:50, left around 9:00.

Depends on what time your reservations are. We had 4:05 reservations and we were seated right away and done with dinner by 4:45. We did have to wait for a Beast switch out when we were on our way out. So we left around 5:15.
