BOG dinner booked for rest of year....

Just saw a post on my TA's facebook page that all dinner reservations at BOG are now booked from opening day through New Year's Eve.....

There could still be cancellations, so anyone who wants one, there's no reason not to keep checking.

Talking last night to a CM she was telling me don't worry about getting an ADR for BOG just go in the daytime for the QSM with the real china and the servers "serve you" I think they are starting to tell everyone this...

Do I understand correctly that only one of the 3 dining rooms will be open at lunch? if so, anyojne know what the lunch capacity is?

It appears only the Rose Gallery will be open for lunch, but nobody's clear on what will be open for dinner.

From the wording on the WDW site, it looks like all three may be open for lunch, and all but the Rose Gallery for dinner.

Note that their wording is "(this dining room available at lunch only)", rather than "only this dining room at lunch".

The irony for me was I did not know about this until I was looking at DIS and saw the BOG reservation conversation. I did not even know what BOG was and that is what got me to look to see what everyone was talking about. As soon as I heard it was open during my visit, I called the first day of reservations and got one. So thank you DIS !

is there a link to a story about what the 3 rooms are and what they look like? I know they are most likely drawings, but I'd still like to see and know which I would prefer if they let you request a specific room at check in. I have and ADR for 11/19

They've released little details here and there as well as some video during construction...i.e. when the lighting was going into the ballroom, but nobody has really seen anything in full. They're being very secretive about things.

I will be giving up my ADR for 4 at BOG on 12/14 at 4:30pm IF I can score 'Ohana for that same date some time between 6-8pm.

Also, plans change and as people get closer to their 45 days out some will have to cancel. Keep checking!

Since it is written into the system that you can cancel resort but not dining reservations it could be much later before they cancel their dining plans... I would keep trying, even that day!
