Years ago when CP was being refurbished in January 2010 maybe? H & I got a pre RD breakfast at LTT when they brought the characters back for a short time. I got the best pictures of that area people free but after the breakfast cast members walked us back to the rope under the castle to wait with the folks at CRT until RD so we wouldn't have an unfair advantage ( I can't even remember what people ran to at RD in those days maybe PP or SM? ) I am sure they just won't let folks roam free in the park before RD.

Wasn't it Dumbo back then? I think all of the touring plans had that as 1st stop before all the hugely popular m&g's and other recent changes.

I remember doing a ton of research before our first family trip in 2008. All the "experts" recommended heading straight to Dumbo at rope drop. In our 10 day trip we never made it onto Dumbo as we are not a rope drop family. I did finally ride it with my then DD4 in 2011 with a short wait JUST before wishes. The line had been too long all day but got pretty short as everyone left to find a spot for the fireworks. We found the rest of our party just as the fireworks were starting.

This was my exact thought when BOG breakfast opened. It would become the new throwaway room.
