BOG Breakfast - I can't choose! Help!

So, tomorrow I can pre-order our BOG breakfasts. I read the menu out to my folks and as soon as I read the open-faced egg, bacon, cheese sandwich, my dad declared that's what he wants. As soon as I read the eggs Florentine, my mom declared that's what she wants. Good choices, both. I'm pretty sure I want one of those two, but I cannot figure out which one! They both sound delicious!

Anyone have any strong opinions either way about these two dishes? Something that might help me choose? Or are there other dishes that are worth trying? Are the entrees easy to share if we wanted to get three different and do that? I'm not interested in the cronut or the egg whites. The assorted meats and cheeses or the quiche I'd consider.

Give me some advice! I'm so torn! First World Problem Extraordinaire!

Well, I took your advice! Placed our orders this morning, and decided to get the meats and cheese for myself. I figure my mom probably won't finish all of her eggs Florentine, so I'll get to help her with that.

You've already made your choice, but I've got to throw in my vote for the bacon/egg/cheese sandwich...it was one of our favorite things on our last trip, which sounds weird since we had so many other great things to eat, but it really stood out. Or maybe we were just starving when we ate it, LOL!!

I will add to the confusion and say I far preferred the eggs Florentine. Nothing wrong with the sandwich, but it is something I can easily make at home. The eggs Florentine seemed more refined and upscale.
