BOG breakfast - everyone must buy?

Family of 4 going in May. Not on dining plan, really just going to PPO. Do all 4 people need to buy since it's essentially a counter service? Can adults not eat and just kids order? Can all 4 split one entree? Food is horribly overpriced and last time I was on meal plan and didn't care.

We keep thinking that, but they keep not doing it. So who knows any more.

How long did it take to start charging $10 per person for reservations that weren't dropped the day before?

We are still seeing people book 9 to 10 meals a day, but they are actually dropping them. Just a few years ago, people would have kept them and just let them expire.

It would be nice if they'd make it a nice TS restaurant for all 3 meals, and do away with this QS/TS nonsense.

The place has SOOOOOO much potential as a nice restaurant, and it's wasted on a QS free-for-all at breakfast and lunch.
