I wasn't sure if I needed to put this on the Disability Board or Transportation Board, but thought it might fit better here. We'll be at CSR Dec 12th-20th with my 76 y/o mom, who will have an ECV. Among others, we are dining at Narcoosee and Artist Point. We would like to take the boats over. How do you know if the boats going from MK to WL and GF are the bigger boats or the smaller launches? I'd hate to stand in line waiting for the boat just to find that the ECV couldn't go on.:confused3 I know we could take the monorail over to the GF, but since Narcoosee is right there by the dock we'd prefer to take the boat back and forth.

There is more information on the disABILITIES FAQs thread about boat transportation. There ate pictures, descriptions and a link to the wdwinfo page about boats.
For WL, there are 2 types of boats. One is the larger boats that do carry ECVs. The other is the smaller boats that are not accessible. They alternate, so if the first one is not accessible, the next one should be.

For GF, use the monorail. I don't think any of the boats going there are the large one (but you will find that out in the links in the FAQs thread - I have not read it in a while and don't have time to verify right now).

The only boat accessible to WL is the larger one going from MK to WL.

The smaller ones that run CR, FW, WL are not accessible.

The smaller boats that run MK, GF, Poly are not accessible.
