Boat Transportation in Epcot

Another quick question

I have seen a boat that crosses the lagoon in the World Showcase. Does it run on a schedule and does anyone know the timing? My hubby tore his miniscus and we thought this might save a little walking to our reservation for dinner and to see some of the concerts at F & G (we will be there early May, if that matters).

No idea what the schedule is. It just runs the same route from the pier right off the straight road centered by Space Earth to Morocco and back again. Whatever the wait is it'll be short as long as it's not stopped for inclement weather.

Within Epcot

Beginning at 11:00am, the Friendship boats begin running across World Showcase Lagoon. There are two runs, both originating from launches found at World Showcase Plaza. One goes to Morocco, the other to Germany. The last boat from the World Showcase leaves at 7:15 p.m. The last boat from the countries leaves at 7:30 p.m.

I don't think it runs to/from Germany any more. Some of the info is outdated, i.e. last boat departure time from EPCOT.

The to/from Germany does still happen, at least last we were there end of January.

I wonder if it is seasonal or dependent on crowds, but Germany was not in play the last couple of times I visited last year. That is good to know that Germany is still an option.

I know there was an extended rehab on that side for a while, but also remember. To get to Germany it leaves from the Mexico side.
